Mahindra & Mahindra has officially launched the BE 6 Batman Edition in India, a special electric SUV inspired by Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight Trilogy. Developed in collaboration with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products, this collector’s edition is based on the top-spec Pack Three BE 6 variant, featuring a 79 kWh battery and a claimed ARAI range of 682 km.
The Batman Edition stands out with its satin black exterior, gold-painted suspension components, brake calipers, and the iconic Bat emblem subtly integrated across the bodywork, wheel hubs, and interior. Exclusive features include 20-inch alloy wheels, themed carpet lamps that project the Batman symbol, and a unique “Boost” button with gold accents.
Inside, the SUV features a suede and leather interior with gold-stitched upholstery, a numbered plaque signifying its exclusivity, and a Batman-themed welcome animation on the infotainment display. Mahindra has limited production to just 300 units, making it a true collector’s piece.
Bookings for the BE 6 Batman Edition open on 23 August 2025, and deliveries will commence on 20 September 2025—timed to coincide with International Batman Day. Priced at ₹27.79 lakh (ex-showroom), the model is expected to draw interest from both EV enthusiasts and fans of the DC superhero.
With this launch, Mahindra aims to combine cinematic pop culture with advanced electric mobility, appealing to a niche audience seeking both performance and exclusivity.
