OnePlus Starts Rolling Out OxygenOS 16.0.2.401 for Nord 4; Brings UI Tweaks and Easier Bug Reporting

OnePlus has officially begun the incremental rollout of OxygenOS 16.0.2.401 for the OnePlus Nord 4 in India. The update introduces a range of refinements focused on user convenience, interface polish, and feedback improvements.

Among the new additions, users can now access storage cleanup tools directly from the Smart Sidebar and enjoy improved flexibility when resizing app icons and managing shortcuts. The Photos app also benefits from new filtering categories and faster thumbnail loading.

OnePlus has also improved how Circle to Search works with gesture navigation, making it possible to trigger the feature even when the gesture guide bar is hidden.

For Indian users, OnePlus has made bug reporting more convenient. Users can now submit bug reports directly through the OnePlus Community app under the profile section, or by dialing *#800# to access the feedback tool.

The update is currently rolling out in batches and is only available for devices already running OxygenOS 16.
