Drawing on Amazon’s extensive experience in hiring practices, this tool employs AI agents to conduct structured voice interviews, administer scientifically validated assessments, and consistently score candidates. This allows recruiters to concentrate on strategic decision-making.
The platform enables candidates to participate in interviews at any time and from any device. Recruiters are provided with scores, transcripts, and detailed evaluations of candidates generated by the AI system, facilitating quicker and more objective hiring decisions.
