Amazon Connect Cases enhances agent workspace with editing and deletion features
Amazon Connect Cases now allows agents to edit and delete related items and cases directly from the agent workspace, enhancing case management efficiency.
Amazon Connect Cases has introduced new functionalities allowing agents to edit and delete related items, as well as remove cases directly from the agent workspace without requiring assistance from administrators. These updates enable agents to manage cases more efficiently by updating comments, unlinking contacts mistakenly associated with cases, or deleting cases that were opened in error. Additionally, agents can now create, edit, and delete custom related items such as orders, returns, and invoices to provide more comprehensive case context.
This new capability is available in several AWS regions, including US East (N. Virginia), US West (Oregon), Canada (Central), Europe (Frankfurt), Europe (London), Asia Pacific (Seoul), Asia Pacific (Singapore), Asia Pacific (Sydney), Asia Pacific (Tokyo), and Africa (Cape Town).
